Enquiry information
The enquiry form sends your contact name, business name, email address, optional telephone number, selected package, business type, timing, message and consent to Ajax Web AI through its email delivery provider, Resend. A confirmation is displayed only when the provider accepts the message; that is not a promise of an immediate reply. No customer account or marketing subscription is created. The form does not save your details in browser storage.
If you choose to email us
The separate email link opens your email application. You decide whether to send that message. If sent, Ajax Web AI receives the details you include. We use that information to respond and discuss the requested service. Your email provider also processes that message under its own terms.
Keep initial enquiries limited
Do not send customer records, financial account details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Any later handling of job records or customer photographs requires a separate service agreement and appropriate access arrangements.
Hosting and external resources
This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting. Hosting and access providers may process technical connection and sign-in information under their own policies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when those files load. No advertising pixels or optional analytics are added by this website.
Submission security
To reduce spam and duplicate messages, the server uses a short-lived security cookie, validation and rate limits. It stores keyed hashes, a reference, timestamps and delivery status for up to 24 hours, with expired entries removed during subsequent submissions. Rate-limit hashes expire after 30 minutes. These technical records do not contain the enquiry message or contact details. Email delivery and hosting providers process submitted information and connection data under their own policies.
Enquiry retention and requests
Correspondence is kept while needed to answer your enquiry, administer an agreed service or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@ajaxwebai.com. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain.
